STAV Rental is a comprehensive property management company that specializes in offering upscale rental experiences. Positioned uniquely in the market, STAV Rental manages a diverse portfolio of properties, providing exceptional services tailored to both property owners and guests. Their offerings range from short-term vacation rentals to long-term residential leases, all handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. You can think of them as the Ritz of rental property management.
The Challenge
Before embarking on the rebranding journey, STAV Rental faced a significant hurdle: the lack of a distinct brand direction. To address this, we initiated numerous iterations of logo designs, each aiming to encapsulate the essence that our client envisioned. They favored an Art Deco-inspired aesthetic, which required the integration of the color scheme from their parent company, into the new design.
This process was crucial in transforming STAV Rental into a compelling brand experience, designed to captivate and engage consumers effectively.
What We Did
Leveraging the Art Deco heritage and color palette of the parent company, we crafted a modern identity for STAV Rental that effectively transitioned across all mediums and consumer collateral. By incorporating gold gradients and contrasting fonts, we infused the brand with the luxurious feel they envisioned. To ensure consistency and clarity in brand application, we developed a comprehensive brand guide detailing the new elements. The rebranding was met with acclaim from STAV Rental's investors, reflecting the success of our design strategy.
This strategic rebranding effort significantly enhanced STAV Rental's market position, contributing to its profitability and culminating in the successful sale of the company in early 2024.
